Welcome to the National Legal Nurse Consulting Network ("NLNCN™"). NLNCN™ is a membership-based platform and online community operated under SELNA Consulting, LLC. By accessing or using our website (https://nationallnc.network), mobile application, or any of our services, resources, courses, templates, or community features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement").

Please read these terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NLNCN™, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these Terms.

2. Ownership and Entity Disclosure

NLNCN™ is a registered DBA of SELNA Consulting, LLC. All membership fees, digital products, and services are billed and fulfilled by SELNA Consulting, LLC.

3. Membership Access and Terms

• Memberships are either billed annually or through any limited promotional offer at the time of purchase.

• All content, downloads, templates, videos, and access to chat channels are considered digital products.

• Access begins immediately upon purchase or enrollment, and therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

4. No Refund Policy (Updated)

Due to the instant digital nature of NLNCN™ access (courses, replays, templates, and community), all purchases are non-refundable, including:

• Annual memberships

• Monthly payment plans

• Digital downloads or included bonuses

You acknowledge and accept this policy upon enrollment.

5. Use of Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided inside NLNCN™, including but not limited to templates, downloads, courses, documents, videos, and chat communications, is the intellectual property of SELNA Consulting, LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, share, sell, license, or otherwise misuse any NLNCN™ material without written permission. Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Privacy and Tracking Technologies

7. Community Guidelines

You agree to remain respectful, constructive, and professional in all discussions. NLNCN™ reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for behavior that disrupts the community or violates our core standards.

8. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings. Any success stories or testimonials shared by members represent individual results. Results will vary and depend on personal effort, background, and application.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

10. Limitation of Liability
